2022 Year-end Outdoor ConcertDate: Saturday, June 11th 2022

This is a family-friendly, fun and relaxing outdoor concert celebrating another great year of making music together so there will be music, games, food and door prizes.
Correction to the starting time from our previous email: The kids usually have special roles (emcees, greeters, set-up) at concerts and studio events, so we'd like to ask them to arrive earlier at 3:30pm. Once they're set up and ready to go, they can mingle and play games on the lawn before we start. Parents are welcomed to stay and mingle or take a walk around the neighbourhood before the concert as well. Thanks everyone!
A Two-Part Concert
Part 1 - Elisha (includes duet with Chloe), Caleb, Madeline, Olive, Ambrose, Addy & Jenny
Part 2 - Chloe, Fiona, Naomi, Aly
*It will be busy that day. Please remind us to take group photos for each concert!
Weather
We will be set up underneath a roofed area next Saturday so the concert will go on rain or shine.
Need Your Help with...chairs
We need your help in bringing any fold-up or lawn chairs you have. If you are able to, please let me know!
BBQ Potluck & Sign-Up
For families staying for the BBQ potluck, please comment below if you're bringing salad, dessert, snacks or anything you like. For the potluck, we will have around 25 people if all families come. Beef hamburgers, hot dogs and a frozen treat will be provided.
We'd like to be environmentally friendly but still have disposable plates, cups and utensils leftover from previous years so we'll have those ready for people. However, if you like to bring your own non-disposables to use, you're more than welcome to!
