2023 Winter Concert
T'was the Night Before Christmas...
It's time for our annual Winter Concert! This year's theme is T'was the Night Before Christmas. We're going to gather with families, sing Christmas songs and sip hot chocolate in your PJs in this family-friendly cozy-style concert. Dress up and invite your family, relatives and friends.
Date: Saturday, December 9th, 2023
Time: 10am-12noon for guests
St.Peter's Estonian Lutheran Church at Oak & 49th Avenue (parking lot map below)
Dress Code: Come all decked out in your coolest, cutest or coziest PJs! Or most comfortable clothing~
Don't forget to tell your guests!
Bring:
*Christmas Guess-the-Tune*
A first in our studio, everyone will be divided up into teams to participate in guessing the Christmas tunes that are played by the students, sung, tapped, or scrambled up. Once you guess the title, be ready to continue singing just a few more lines with your team. So it's time to whip out those Christmas CDs, books, or YouTube channels and start listening and singing to these holiday tunes -- with and without words! If you'd like a place to start, check out some playlists I've found on the Christmas Corner page.
Sign-up with the:
1) Number of people coming from your family, including guests
2) Dishes you'd like to bring
3) Areas your family can help out in
4) There will be a photo booth, so if you have any theme-related props you can think of, let us know and bring them.

We will be labelling the food we bring. Our studio students have a peach allergy and a dairy sensitivity.

- Your favourite mug for some hot cocoa or apple cider
- Music scores if students are playing a duet with a family member or someone else

The parking lot can be accessed through the back alley (long purple arrows). The closest entrance to the hall is in the parking lot. If you want to enter from the doors on Oak street, just knock on the wooden doors.

rehearsal dates
- In class, group class, Club Music.
If we really really need more time to rehearse a week or two before the concert, Drema will check with families and it would either be on a Friday or Saturday.
